RESA endorse the ISO rebreather training standards, as minimum requirements

The RESA members would like to announce that they are endorsing the ISO Rebreather
Training Standards including the ISO Instructor Standard (2024), as the minimum
standard.

Standards are listed below.

RESA manufacturers are free to approve stricter
standards, as they see fit.

ISO 24804:2022 Recreational diving services. Requirements for rebreather diver
training. No-decompression diving

ISO 24805:2022+A11:2024 – Recreational diving services. Requirements for
rebreather diver training. Decompression diving to 45 m, 40m with air diluent, 45m with Trimix diluent.

ISO 24806:2022 – Recreational diving services — Requirements for rebreather diver
training — Decompression diving to 60 m

ISO 24807:2022 – Recreational diving services — Requirements for rebreather diver
training — Decompression diving to 100 m

ISO24807:2024 – Recreational diving services — Requirements for rebreather
instructor training
